Accessibility statement

Elarsam wants people with different abilities, technologies and ways of navigating to be able to use this website.

Our approach

Elarsam is working toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is a practical goal for design, content and development; it is not a claim that every page or third-party component has already been independently certified.

Measures already included

  • Semantic heading structure with one main heading per page;
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators;
  • Colour contrast designed for readable text and controls;
  • Responsive layouts that adapt to smaller screens and text enlargement;
  • Reduced-motion support for people who prefer less animation;
  • Plain-language content and consistent English and French structure;
  • Descriptive link and button labels where possible.

Ongoing testing and limitations

Accessibility testing is ongoing. We review the contact form, legal pages and other key journeys when content or software changes. Third-party services may not behave exactly like the main website.

If we identify a barrier, we will prioritize a practical correction based on its impact and the work required.

If you cannot access content or complete a task, please tell us what page or feature caused difficulty. If helpful, include the browser, device or assistive technology you used. You do not need to disclose a disability.
